We care for people of all ages with a range of needs including:
Frail elderly people
People with disabilities, young and old
People with learning disabilities, young and old
People with long term or debilitating illness
Mentally ill people
People recovering from operations or serious illness
People with HIV/AIDS related needs.
The services provided will vary according to the needs of the individual client. A care plan is prepared with the client, their care manager (if they are purchasing their care through social services) and a manager from Community Careline Services (Tiverton).
Part of our service is to be flexible and complement other groups of services. We work closely with the Health Services staff such as community nurses, doctors and community psychiatric nurses.

Respite care - for those needing care and for their informal or unpaid carers
24 hour monitoring services are available on request
24 hour emergency and non-emergency response service
Accompanying clients on trips to the shops, the doctor or hospital
