Community Careline Services (Tiverton) is owned and operated by Anne Gray Care Ltd. It offers a wide range of domestic
and personal care, rehabilitation and social care services to
people in their own homes.
Working with other professionals and concerned
carers within the community it is our aim to:

Provide clients with personal and domestic
assistance, which allows people with disabilities and the
elderly to remain in their own homes for as long as possible |

Assist with the earliest possible discharge
from hospital by providing appropriate care services |
| • |
Assess each client's needs in full consultation
with the client, relevant Health and Social services and any
nominated family or friends. |

Provide clients with alarm systems. |
| • |
Respond immediately to every client's alarm
call. |
| • |
Ensure all staff are fully trained and
supported so that they continually provide the highest standard
of care. |
| • |
Meet each client's individual needs, as
far as possible, with particular sensitivity to the race,
religion and cultural background of each client. |
