to live in their own home, instead of leaving familiar surroundings
and moving into residential care.
Community Careline Services is now making that
choice a realistic option for the elderly and people with disabilities
who wish to remain in their own homes for as long as reasonably
possible.
Community Careline Services provides a comprehensive
24-hour home care service in the client's own home, tailored to
the specific needs of each individual client. By utilising the
latest technology we can respond in minutes to any call at any
time of day or night, whether it is for assisting with dressing
or toileting, preparing a meal or any number of other specified
tasks.

The services provided will vary according to
the needs of the individual client. A care plan is prepared with
the client, their care manager, if they are purchasing their care
through social services and a Manager from
Community Careline Services Tiverton.
Part of our service is to be flexible and compliment
other groups of services. We work closely with the Health Services
staff such as community nurses, doctors and community psychiatric
nurses.
